Soy Is Bad For You, Say Scientists

A lot has been written about the effects of soy, generally as a replacement for beef. This is on account of the fact that soy contains all nine essential amino acids, making it a complete protein.
This, however, leads to a question, what is the downside of soy? After all, only someone who believes in fairy tales thinks that there is such a thing as good without bad, so what is the catch with soy?
