Total Cost of Review (all inclusive)  $230

Group – organize a group of 25 or more students, send in forms in one envelope, and get a free review.

Deposit - $100 will guarantee you a seat. Send in with preregistration.

Registration – Send in form with deposit to hold your space. You may pay the full amount or just the preregistration fee. The remainder will be due the first day of class (no checks or charge cards will be accepted the first day of class). You may register the first day just let us know you are coming. Please check desired location on the registration form.
